Shimadzu proven models of UH (hydraulically or manualy closing grips / jaw) tensile and compression testing machines. The frame capacity of tensile testing machines are available in 200kN, 300kN, 500kN, 1000kN, 2000kN, 3000kN and 4000kN capacities. The testing machines are universal, i.e. they can be used for tensile, compression, bending tests of both materials and finished products.

The UH tensile testing machines can be operated with a computer and our excellent TRAPEZIUM-X software, or they can be operated as stand alone machine and the results can you read on a touch screen control panel where parameters for evaluating yield strength, tensile strength etc. can also be entered.
The testing machines UH series with hybrid power unit has an energy consumption reduction of up to 82%.
The auto-tuning function allows a smooth transition between test speeds and thus guarantees accurate measurements according to EN ISO 6892 while meeting the requirement of controlling the tensile testing machine by incremental elongation.
Force measurement fully meets or exceeds the following standards: ASTM E4, ISO7500-1, EN 100002-2, BS 1616, DIN 51221, JIS B7721.
